We do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened items.
This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards and product integrity for all our customers.
However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase and the item is:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original, sealed packaging
—we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for another item of equal value or issue a store credit.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will accept full replacements or credit in the following cases:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong item
• The item was damaged in transit (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
