How does your delivery service work?
We offer same-day delivery in Vancouver and surrounding areas (within 50 km).
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
• A flat-rate delivery fee applies to all orders.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes! We offer a 1-Hour Express Delivery service for urgent orders.
• Available during business hours only.
• A separate fixed fee applies.
• This option can be selected at checkout.
What does the packaging look like?
All products are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no logos, names, or labels that reveal the contents. Your privacy is our priority.
What will show up on my bank statement?
A discreet and neutral company name will appear on your billing statement — nothing that identifies the nature of the purchase.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. For the health, safety, and privacy of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items — whether opened or unopened.
